In a follow up to the last post on extracting audio from video files I wanted to mention how I get video files off of the internet. There is a free Firefox extension called Download helper. It installs a button on your toolbar where you can click on it and download any video available on YouTube. The button will get highlighted when you are able to download the video. It is pretty straightforward. You can check out their site for instructions on how to use the tool and also to download the tool here.
