One thing to note regarding the Google Docs method if you are already using Google Drive: The method described does not work in Google Drive. There is a work around though-- If you click on "More", then click "Export to
Google Docs" it will import the file and then you have the option to
save from within the Google Docs interface as a Word doc etc.
