HTC 8XT Windows Phone 8.1 Update coming in December

Ugh, this is taking forever HTC! December is the soonest that it "could" be released. I'm not sure what the hold up is or why it is taking so long. Hopefully it really does come in December since I am tired of waiting. Really hoping that they don't cancel the update all together. Here's more details from SoftPedia.
